Do I need any software to view videos streamed for reserves?
All films for streaming reserves are accessed through a web browser such as Firefox, Chrome, Safari, or Internet Explorer.
If the streaming film is licensed from a commercial vendor, you may need Google Widevine or Adobe Flash.
Videos streamed in-house by Olin LIbrary use Adobe Flash or HTML5.
What should I do if I can't get a video to play?
Make sure your browser, especially Firefox, is not blocking Adobe Flash applications.
Confirm that you have the most recent version of Adobe Flash installed.
