Interlibrary Loan for Articles Subpage

First, check the library catalog, and search for the JOURNAL'S name.
If Washington University has the journal name, determine if WUSTL
has the year, volume, and issue that you need.

If WUSTL has the journal online, follow the full text links.
If your needed issue isn't available electronically, return to the catalog's
list and see if WUSTL has the journal in paper format.

If WUSTL has the needed volume/issue in paper format, consider requesting
the volume.  It usually takes 3-4 business days to arrive at your specified
pick-up location.  The pick-up location will notify you when the
volume arrives.  Note: some journal volumes are in-library use only and
cannot be requested.

If you cannot wait for the volume to arrive, feel free to visit the campus
library and scan the article or check out the needed volume.
Note: some journal volumes are in-library use only and may not be
checked out.

If WUSTL does not have the needed volume/issue either in paper or
electronic format, consider requesting the article from the ILLiad
interlibrary loan system.  Usually, the article arrives electronically
within 2 business days (many in 1 day).  You can monitor your ILLiad
requests by logging into your ILLiad account.
