The boxes below describe some changes you can apply to your Zotero settings to maximize your free storage.
One copy of an item can be saved into multiple collections or folders. Right click on Duplicate items and merge identical duplicates.
To empty trash, right-click on Trash.
The majority of Zotero storage space is used by PDF attachments, so one way to save space is to uncheck "automatically attach associated PDFs"
Connect to WashU Library holdings and subscriptions
Adding the OpenURL resolver connects you to WashU holdings and subscriptions, allowing you to look up books in our catalog and access full-text articles through WashU Libraries' subscriptions (or request via interlibrary loan).
To Set Up
Go to Preferences > Advanced. Select: Custom > North America > Washington University in St. Louis
To Use in Zotero: Select item in library > select green arrow dropdown > choose: Library Lookup
