ACLS Humanities E-Book

  • Users: User access is unlimited.
  • Printing Limits: Follows fair-use rights and restrictions for personal research use only. After choosing the "PDF" page view option for a title, 10 pages may be viewed and printed at a time.
  • Downloading: 10 pages may be downloaded at a time. ACLS is in the process of launching a handheld/mobile editions program. For a list of titles currently available in mobile-friendly formats, see:humanitiesebook.org/the-collection/handheld-editions.html.
  • Notes/Annotations: Not available.

ARTFL

  • Users: unlimited simultaneous users.
  • Printing Limits: Use your browser's print function to print an entire section at a time.
  • Downloading: Cannot download as pdf nor can download to ereaders.
  • Notes/Annotation: Does not have note/annotation feature.
  • eReaders:Not available to download to eReaders. However, the ARTFL Encyclopédie is available for download in iTunes.
