ChemOffice Professional Subscription

To obtain a copy of ChemOffice Professional or ChemDraw using the Washington University in St. Louis site license, please follow the directions below:

Go to the Site Subscription website: http://sitesubscription.cambridgesoft.com

Find Washington University in the listing and click the applicable link.  If you click on the "W" it will take you to a list of institutions who's name starts with W; we are listed under Washington University with a WUSTL libraries logo.  Click on the "Click here to access version 17, 18, or 19 using your Washington University in St Louis email address" link to register and begin the process.

A registration page will open where you identify yourself as a member of your institution using your Washington University email address.  The Account ID field in the form will auto populate with your account ID.  You should receive and email verifying your registration. 

Once you are redirected back to the registration page, click on the "existing user" tab to log in to the Download center with your email address.

Once logged into the Download Center, there is a link for ChemOffice Professional v19. Click on that link and download the software appropriate for your computer: ChemDraw Professional for Windows or Mac). 

**Please note we currently only support and are licensed for v19**

The activation code for v19 can be found by clicking on the "Order History Tab" on the sidebar while logged into the Download Center.

MestReNova-LITE Subscription

To obtain a copy of MestReNova-LITE ChemDraw Edtion used for working up NMR FIDs and other spectroscopy-related work, please follows the directions below:

Go to the Site Subscription website: http://sitesubscription.cambridgesoft.com

Find Washington University in the listing and click the applicable link.  If you click on the "W" it will take you to a list of institutions who's name starts with W; we are listed under Washington University with a WUSTL libraries logo.  Click on the "Click here to access version 17, 18, or 19 using your Washington University in St Louis email address" link to register and begin the process.

A registration page will open where you identify yourself as a member of your institution using your Washington University email address.  The Account ID field in the form will auto populate with your account ID.  You should receive and email verifying your registration. 

Once you are redirected back to the registration page, click on the "existing user" tab to log in to the Download center with your email address.

Once logged into the Download Center, there is a link for ChemOffice Professional v19.  Click on this link and chose the appropriate software: MNova Chemdraw Edition for Windows or Mac.

**Please note that in some cases with the most updated OS for Mac, you may have to override your security preferences to install and open the software**

The activation code for the software can be obtained either from your course instructor, subject librarian, or department IT representative.

Use this activation code and enter your WUSTL email address to register your software.
