Introduction

This guide is created to facilitate research for WashULaw's Interdisciplinary Environmental Law Clinic Course.

Environmental law regulates protection and preservation of natural resources and ecosystems. This field encompasses a wide range of issues, including air and water quality, land use, conservation, waste management, climate change, and more.

Remember to always verify and corroborate information from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and currency. There are numerous ways to begin this research, depending on the issue at hand and the knowledge and skills of a researcher. Conducting effective legal research in environmental law requires a structured approach and familiarity with specific legal resources and tools.
