How to get Physical Materials from the Library

At Home:

1. Find what you need in the Libraries catalog and click "REQUEST" button and choose Olin Library as pick-up location.

  • This usually takes at least a day, or more on the weekends.
  • If you have any trouble or questions when requesting materials, contact Ask Us

2. Watch for an email saying items have been retrieved by library staff. This email has a specific link to schedule your specific 10-minute pick-up time.

  • You cannot schedule to pick-up the same day.  Available options show in green on the scheduling link.
  • Pick-up options are only when Olin Library is open (currently Monday - Friday 9am - 8 pm).
  • If you miss your window of time, materials may not be available. Email within 14 days to reschedule.

On Campus:

3. Go to the North side of Olin Library (across from pedestrian bridge).
