World Autism Month Exhibit 2024

Welcome!

The purpose of this guide is to highlight print and electronic resources in the University Libraries collection that reflect the many voices of autism during World Autism Month, April 2024. Books are organized into five thematic areas, including 1) (auto)biography, 2) books written by parents of autistic children of all ages for parents of autistic children, 3) autism support, 4) juvenile fiction and literature, and 5) autism in literature, media, and the arts. 

Please note, this is NOT an exhaustive list of books that we have in our collection on the topic of autism. To explore the collection further, try conducting an LC Subject Search in the Libraries Catalog to find books about autism according to your particular interests. A short instructional video is provided below.
