Bloomberg
The library has access to Bloomberg, a premier service sold primarily to institutional investors. This service provides real-time quote and graphical information for stocks, bonds, options, etc. It also has extensive news services. This service has tick information (i.e. intra-day individual trades) and historical price information. Note: Bloomberg is available on site at the Kopolow Business Library and Bauer Hall (graduate lounge) through the Bloomberg Terminals. There is no remote access for this service.

CB Insights
CB Insights is the ideal tool for those engaged in private equity, venture capital, corporate development, investment banking, corporate innovation & strategy, angel investment and consulting. Whether it is deal sourcing, due diligence, or market and competitive intelligence, CBI has been created to assist you in discovering the right private company information in the most efficient, comprehensive way. Users will have to provide a wustl email address.
PitchBook
PitchBook provides comprehensive, detailed data on the Private and Public Markets – including companies, investors, funds, investments, exits, and people – to help global business and academic professionals discover and execute opportunities and research with confidence. Use the platform to track the flow of capital across the entire Venture Capital, Private Equity, and Merger & Acquisition landscapes while diving deep into the profiles of companies, investors, funds, and deals taking place. NOTE: See "Additional Info" section for Login Instructions.
Login Instructions: Type your Washington University email address into the "Email" field and click the "Log in" button. This will take you to the WashU WUSTL Key Login page. Enter your WUSTL key username and password and click "Login." If you are off campus, you may need to use the 2FA Duo authentication. After WUSTL key authentication you will be brought to the PitchBook platform dashboard.

SDC Platinum provides data for analyzing investment banking and deals, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), identifying comparable deals, monitoring deal activity, and Venture Xpert.
