USE THIS QUICK START GUIDE FROM PERKIN ELMER TO REGISTER AND ACTIVATE THE SOFTWARE OR FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW.

TO REGISTER AS A WUSTL USER AND DOWNLOAD CHEMDRAW:
To obtain and download a copy of ChemOffice Professional or ChemDraw using the Washington University in St. Louis site license, please follow the directions below:
Step 1: Go to the used self-registration website: https://informatics.perkinelmer.com/sitesubscription
Step 2: Find Washington University in the listing. If you click on the "W" it will take you to a list of institutions who's name starts with W; we are listed under Washington University with a WUSTL libraries logo.
Enter your WUSTL email address to verify your affiliation with the University and click "Continue"
Step3: If you are a new user or have not recently updated your ChemDraw software, you may need to complete the "New User Registration" on the right to create your account. Here you will need to identify yourself as a member of your institution using your Washington University email address.
You should receive an email verifying your registration and activating your account and a link to go to: https://perkinelmerinformatics.flexnetoperations.com/
At this site you should be able to log in using your email and new password associated with your account.
Step 4: Once you are redirected back to the log in page, (https://perkinelmerinformatics.flexnetoperations.com/), log in to the Download Center with your WUSTL email address and your PerkinElmer Account password. This will take you do the download center
Step 5: In the Download Center's left hand menu, click on "List Entitlements" under the blue "Activation and Entitlements heading"
Step 6: Find the row with your most recent order number (Entitlement ID column), and record the Product Activation code associated with the most recent order.
For Washington University users, this should be ORD61421 starting in February 2023 and Expiring in 2026
Step 7: Click the "download now" link from that row.
Step 8: Copy the activation code highlighted in yellow and save it to your records; this will be necessary to activate the software. In the new versions tab, which should be shown automatically, click on the newest version of ChemOffice to get to the download page.
Step9: From the list of programs on the download page, find the software that is appropriate for the type of computer and operating system you are using as described in the "file description" column.
To download your software, click on the link under the "file name" column
Step10: once the file is downloaded onto your computer, find the Windows (.exe) or Mac (.dmg) file to install the software on your computer and use the activation code mentioned in Step6 to activate and use your ChemDraw software.

To obtain and download a copy of Mnova ChemDraw Edtion using the Washington University in St. Louis site license, please follow the directions below:

Please note: to receive your License ID for the Mnova software, you must complete a webform or send an email to support@mestrelab.com. These links are available just above the listing of files.
Once you have filled out the form, the license ID should be emailed to you.
Step10: once the file is downloaded onto your computer, find the Windows (.exe) or Mac (.dmg) file to install the software on your computer and use the activation code that was emailed to you to activate and use the software

in some cases with the most updated OS for Mac, you may have to override your security preferences to install and open the software. To do this, once the program is installed and is in your list of applications, cntrl+click on the program and then select open.
The activation code/license ID for the software can only be obtained from PerkinElmer by emailing support@mestrelab.com or filling out the webform on the download page. Be sure to save this email and code!
Use the activation code/license ID and enter your WUSTL email address as the user name to register and activate your software.
