Brown School Field Instructors with a current library card

Century Club with current WUSTL card

Circulation

Circulation

  • Borrowing periods and fine schedules are available from Olin 
  • Laptops: four hours, may be used in Brown Hall, Goldfarb, and Hillman Hall. 
  • Course Reserves: *4 hours
  • Video-cameras: 4 hours
  • The following must be used in the library
    • Journals
    • Reference
    • Selected books

*If borrowed within 4 hours of closing time, borrowers may keep course reserve checkouts overnight. Materials must be returned within one hour of the library opening. If library is closed, return using Brown School Library book drops (Brown Hall, Goldfarb Hall). 

Holds

  • Brown School Library will email borrowers when their requested items arrive.
  • Items will be available for pick up for 10 days. 
  • Course reserves cannot be placed on hold. 

Fines

  • General collection materials: 20 cents/day
  • Non-book media: $1.00/day
  • Recalled materials: 40 cents/day
  • Reserve materials: 60 cents/hour
  • After the second overdue notice: cost of replacement plus $15.00 processing fee.    
  • Owe $ 15.00+: Borrowing privileges will be suspended if fines total $15 or more.
  • Lost items: cost of replacement plus $15 processing fee. Patrons may not provide a replacement copy instead of paying fines.
