While in college, many parents and students learn very quickly that getting materials such as textbooks for class can be very expensive, and in some cases, impossible tasks. For example, according to College Board students in four-year universities set aside about $1,200 to spend on textbooks every year. However, with Be Textbook Savvy, the library hopes to help to alleviate some of those costs so that student can still have the materials that they need without having to spend so much money, or worse, go without these materials.
