Guide for First Gen Students

This guide is designed to help first generation college students navigate through their years of college. It offers an array of helpful resources that can address some of the academic, financial and social struggles that can arise in college.

WashU provides graduate and professional school preparation! 

  • Cornerstone, a program created to provide undergraduate students key resources to enhance their academic progress has MCAT, GRE and LSAT Prep courses.
    • All classes are held on campus.
    • Proctored practice exams are part of the class and are held on campus.
    • The cost is much lower than commercial courses and can be charged to your student account.
    • Full-length practice tests and all textbooks are included.
